Delivery Terms

1. Scope

These Delivery Terms apply to all orders placed with LISKO Street Kitchen and form part of our Terms of Service.

2. Delivery Area

We deliver within selected areas as shown at checkout.

If your address is outside our delivery area, you will not be able to complete your order.

2A. Delivery Availability

Delivery availability is determined based on the postcode and address entered at checkout.

If no delivery option is shown after entering your postcode, this means we do not currently deliver to that location.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid and accurate postcode and selecting the correct address from the available options.

We are not responsible for orders placed with manually entered or incorrect address details that fall outside our delivery area.

We apologise for any inconvenience if we are unable to deliver to your location.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided as estimates only.

We aim to deliver within the indicated time, but delays may occur due to:

  • traffic conditions
  • weather
  • order volume
  • technical or operational issues

Delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate delivery details
  • being available to receive the order
  • ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location
  • providing a valid contact phone number

6. Delivery Completion and Risk

Delivery is considered completed when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you at the point of delivery.

This includes situations where the order is:

  • handed to you or another person at the address
  • left at the address with your permission
  • left in a safe place if you have requested this

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • no response at the delivery location
  • inability to contact you

we may:

  • attempt redelivery where reasonably possible; or
  • cancel the delivery.

In such cases, the order may be treated as fulfilled and no refund will be provided, except where required by law.

8. Contact During Delivery

We may contact you by phone or message to complete delivery.

If we are unable to reach you, delivery may fail.

9. Quality on Delivery

Food should be checked immediately upon delivery.

If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us as soon as possible.

10. Safety and Refusal of Delivery

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery where:

  • the location is unsafe
  • there is threatening or abusive behaviour
  • access to the property is not reasonably possible

In such cases, the order may be treated as fulfilled and no refund will be provided.

11. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, or service disruptions.
