Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Scope

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed with LISKO Street Kitchen and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Perishable Goods

We sell freshly prepared food and other perishable goods.

Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned once delivered.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancellation and return rights do not apply to perishable goods and freshly prepared food.

3. No Change of Mind Returns

Once an order has been accepted and prepared, it cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

4. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

We may offer a refund, replacement, or partial refund where appropriate if:

  • you received the wrong items;
  • your order was not delivered;
  • the food was materially damaged, defective, or unsafe at the time of delivery.

Each case will be assessed individually.

5. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

You must check your order as soon as it is delivered.

Where possible, any issues should be reported at the time of delivery while the driver is present.

If this is not possible, you must report any issue within a reasonable time after delivery and no later than 1 hour from the time of delivery.

Reports made after this time may not be accepted, except where required by law.

6. Evidence

We may request reasonable evidence to assess your claim, such as photographs of the products and packaging.

Failure to provide requested evidence may affect our ability to offer a refund or replacement.

7. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer;
  • failure to be available to receive the order;
  • failure to respond to delivery contact attempts.

In such cases, refunds may not be provided.

9. Food Quality

Food quality is assessed at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for changes in food condition after delivery, including where food is not consumed promptly or is stored incorrectly.
