Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or collected.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at the time of collection so we can address the problem where possible.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of incorrect or incomplete orders.
